    Exploitative culture with no concern for staff, only endless demands and pressure.
    The good thingsExposure to large-scale projects. Colleagues (non-management) are supportive and hardworking.
    The challengesManagement promotes a toxic “work until you drop” culture, with zero respect for personal time. Weekend and after-hours interruptions are considered normal, regardless of emergencies. Unrealistic expectations — “die for the company” mentality openly pushed by top management. Lack of proper HR support; employee well-being is never prioritized. Career growth is stagnant due to poor leadership and favoritism.

    The good thingsThe good thing working in LSE was the experience involved in many marine projects. Challenges and obstacles on every project was various, making our working life was fun even though stressful throughout the journey. Especially after delivered the project until the end. Best thing ever.
    The challengesYou'll have to adapt on so many things. Management expect you becoming multi-tasking. Great experience actually, so many things you can learn here.

    The good things1. Friendly Human Resource staff and their work at fast-paced in managing trainee documents and coverall issue. 2. A good supervisor who willing to teach whatever he could about managing a project and sharing knowledge relatable to the project.
    The challenges1. Limited time to learn everything I could, as no syllabus is prepared for the trainee and only learn what can I do during the project. A complete syllabus must be prepared based on real job responsibilities for the department.

    The good thingsLearn a lot of things, AR, AP, Treasury and GL and other Finance Related matter. My employer teach really help me and teach me a lot on how to do my work efficiently.
    The challengesMessy management, manager keep on changing due to unable to handle the work pressure. When the manager keep on leaving the workers will be in difficult position on managing their work. When manager change, which is about 4 times in a year, the work procedure also change. This will waste a lot of times and also mistakes.
