    The good things1.Management provide empowerment to the team members within their skillsets 2.Open Communication and continuous encouragement working in harmony 3. Engagement activities - Department Trip / Annual Dinner / Sports activities 4. Training provided within the job function but invite to discuss with the superior 5. Commute near MRT Damansara 6. KPI Driven. As long as communicate and you know what is your KPI, easier to plan how to reach the KPI and bonus increment will be tied to performance
    The challenges1. Communication gap as the company exist in many locations. Hence to invite discussion to understand the challenge to ensure message cross correctly 2. Some departments may require to work slightly longer due to work requirements but fair enough compensate with OT or replacement leave
