    The good things- Diversity - Mangement willing to hear your ideas - Open communication as long as you know what to say and how to say it - teambuilding, annual dinner, dept activities,fair work life balance - Financially strong, payment on time, EPF SOCSO all got - Politics are minimal. It’s all about to ask to clarify and to justify - Teamwork
    The challenges- Communication generally in english as we are multiracial - Fast pace environment similar to strong industry player in the big city - KPI Base similar to strong industry player in the big city - Need to be proactive not passive as everyone responsible to move the company forward - Able to adapt to change
