Good training ground if you are a new teacher as you need to learn fast and think on your feet. The resources that you found will be in your treasure and will benefit you in the future.
The good thingsKind and supportive colleagues. Medical and dental benefits. Bonus were given which I know that many schools don't provide. Management does provide a little flexibility in support of your education development.
The challenges- management is a traditional top-down style which communication might get lost half way through.

- close to no career development when I was working there as the management will stick to maintaining the position for the 'senior' teachers.
- too many overlapping responsibilities
- old laptops that need upgrade heavily. the school has WIFI issue as well. sometimes the equipment in class doesn't work
