Good for learningThe good thingsTeam work and co-operation between department and staffs are very good. They will guide and helping others to get the information and let the new staffs getting good learning for handling a position. To ensure staffs are getting good knowledge and skills, company will send the staffs attending related any courses or training. Benefits on medical also are very good which rarely offered by others company. They put unlimited claim for medical but to encourage staffs for not being sicks, they will paid the entitle medical leave to staffs based on the basic salary.
The challengesAs a account person, I'm also need to understand about payroll issues and labor act. Also need to handle all license issues for the company as the company had register few license for getting good income. I'm also need to involve in ISO matters and all tax issues (e.g: corporate tax, personal tax & GST).
