    Be independent and confident.
The good thingsColleagues and the working environment are friendly and helpful. You can work independently and learn a lot, as you are given the space to perform on your own.
The challengesWeak management support & certain management practices are outdated. Appraisal system tends to be biased and subjective to preferences.

    Toxic management & heavy workload
The good thingsFree pastries & cake after QA finish sensory test. Comfortable workplace. Clean.
The challengesToxic management style with little concern for employee wellbeing. Micromanage. Heavy workload placed on staff mainly to cut costs. No significant improvements even after years of service. Increments and bonuses given selectively, not based on fair performance or tenure. Festive celebrations are limited, mostly focused on CNY with little inclusivity for other occasions.

High pressure and need to move fast.Despite busy working, need to have good customer service, greetings, eye contact. Too much expectations to New Join PIC. Things to handle at once include, cafe, cashier, packing bread, cleanliness, bread arranging, change tray, add stock, arrange stock, welcome customers, clean tables, arrange packet breads & paperwork.

You have to be superman to work here
The good thingsHere you will have nice colleague that will help you in needs but only 3 of 5 of them, you will be working in a nice & clean environment but sometimes it's too clean in unnecessary way, you also will have a nice work place.
The challengesThe challenges is you will have to do extra position for F.O.C, never trust your position in your offer letter because you are going to do more than that, even not in your field f.o.c. You'll train yourself to be a \"super employee\", for those weak, you never going to stay most vanish on the 3rd days. My tips is: Don't over do things that you paid for or you'll do it for the rest of your life.

    Great Learning Environment
The good thingsIf you are looking at a place that you can start without much experience and a place where there is continuous challenges for you to learn new things, this will be a good training ground. Remuneration is base on your performance and it is one of those company that you hardly see in current market because they do not have politics in the company; everyone is like a big family.
The challengesMainly because they are a family business therefore you can expect to reach a point where sometime it will be hard for you to further advance your career. Many a time it will also requires you to multi-tasks and it can be stressed sometime due to the time constraint to complete urgent work. Working late although not always is common especially during festival.
