    Overall bad experiences in QA department. Not recommended if you apply better think twice. No career growth, no KPI, low increment annually, QA Manager and her daughter in one department. This company more like to hire relatives compare to qualified candidates. Even spm holder can became a manager in short time. QA Manager love to steal the other ideas and make it as her. Be careful
    The good thingsThe good thing is company prepare clean pantry for staff
    The challengesReally annoyed with QA Manager that micromanage, nepotism, picky, not professional and emosional during decide any decision. If you not listen to her, she will terminate you without reason and we need to baby sit her daughter too. We are not allowed to give any opinion if we have any ideas.

    Good because of the comfort zone that causes less noise in the office, but in terms of career development/building a talent pool, can't see in the company.
    The good thingsLess political among colleagues, partly due to the fact that the company does not adopt key performance indicators to evaluate staff performance and therefore, overall the company is in the comfort zone, the company considers with a very traditional culture.
    The challengesNo forward thinking to grow the company efficiently, a lot of improvement is needed in terms of communication/interpersonal skills.

    Old-fashioned management is failing to reverse the productivity slump. Lack of young manpower
    The good thingsNo performance review. Staff can always stay in comfort zone and no promotion.
    The challengesToo manual, use a lot of paperwork. System outdated. Lack of improvement. Management out of date. Missing expertise in some areas. Inability to attract youngers to join.
