    Parcel delivery not good enough for living.
    The good thingsCan know many people to good for socialism.
    The challengesThe parcel cannot expected can get huge to good income, their rate was very low when calculating with petrol and time you need to delivered everyday. The worst is petrol cost cannot claim by company need to bare by own self.

    Amazing teamwork and Loads of fun culture
    The good things1. Simply amazing team no matter both platform or logistic (especially logistic, friendly bunch of folks working there). 2. Strong organizational culture! 3. Daily, weekly activities are fun and hosted widely 4. Great management team and very open door policies (i love this very much)
    The challenges1. Super fast paced but given its ecommerce, acceptable to some degree 2. Constant changes, then again one of the value. 3. Campaign after campaign. But then again, GMV! 4. Open door policies do come with open channel of communication as well. So anyone can reach out to each other regardless of time.

    The good thingsHigh salary based on parcel / area and KPI day by day. Have own time and no stress at all.
    The challengesThere often change salary scheme and strategy. For the first have good and satisfied basic. Nowadays it may be different and need to chase more parcel day by day to get high income. No EPF / socso and u need be more independent.

    The challenges-Terrible work life balance (Need to standby for every mega campaign, work at weekend, meeting call at night) - Management with no direction and unable to solve problem or give solutions/ advices as well, you will need to expect changes everyday - Employee retention rate is extremely very low (Most of the employee cant stay > 1 year; even HR also change at least 5 times in one year) - Conflict between local and regional

    The good thingsNot interesting to actually mention much as most of the older staff (by age) are not looked up to despite having experiences
    The challenges- Too many projects are launched but never fully followed through. If it was unsuccessful, it will be discarded & a new project will be implemented. No proper guidelines from top down. - Co-workers from majority of the Key Accounts (who have been in the organisation for long) are uncooperative to newbies / juniors. - No chance to voice opinions as seniors think that only their opinions matter the most despite lacking the working experience.
