    Good working environment but the MANAGEMENT working style is the worst
    The good thingsYoung and energetic working environment. A lot of young perks with similar age. Unlimited snacks and beverages in pantry.
    The challengesOrganizational restructuring happening all the time. Insecure workplace. Even C-level will get replaced and laid off based on "company needs". High turnover rate

    The good thingsColleagues are helpful with each other
    The challenges-Terrible work life balance (Need to standby for every mega campaign, work at weekend, meeting call at night) - Management with no direction and unable to solve problem or give solutions/ advices as well, you will need to expect changes everyday - Employee retention rate is extremely very low (Most of the employee cant stay > 1 year; even HR also change at least 5 times in one year) - Conflict between local and regional
