    The challengesDeadlines are overwhelmed and lack career growth since most of the employees are young thus the possibilities to be absorbed as permanent staff or being promoted is too thin.

    The good thingsA lot of technical knowledge regarding house financing for public sector. Besides, the staffs also were exposed with government policies and SOP.
