The stepping stone of the careerThe good thingsThe coworkers are great and friendly, easy to communicate despite we had a time of Working from Home. Very supportive in terms of project management. Managers are always there for us too if needed guidance. Benefits and perks for employee are great too considering there's dental, optical and others claim available (gym membership and etc).
The challengesThe communication between coworkers and managers are great, however I do feel lack of support from upper management and often got ignored on employee's contribution during my employment period. Salary adjustments/bonus and career development wasn't that much as well for coordinators, however, it could be my performance wasn't up to expected or the company are more focusing on the employees that are directly contributing to their profit.
