The challengesTop managements are clueless, both offshore and onshore. Due to their incompetent and poor decisions, the teams constantly having employees resigning from time to time. The bosses don't know what to do, there are blaming and pointing finger here and there; and employees had been demanded to work almost everyday until late night.
