    Quite a number of new projects offshored to KL
    The good thingsThere are quite a number of new projects are being offshore to KL. New project with new experience and new exposure. The center is definitely expanding rapidly. I am being onboarded on a new project and quite a number of new exposure.
    The challengesDifferent project different way of working. At the moment, we are still working from home and do not have chance to meet many new colleagues.

    Clueless environment - can and should be better
    The good thingsHave minimum flexibility to work from home when it really matters. But not the case most of time
    The challengesThe people. We have people going in and out from the company. Heard it was much more worst last time. The engineers, analysts that met, seems like new as well and not well verse to the system. Sometimes need help from the vendors, developers from oversea. As result, this situation drag working hours for a very long time. There are days where each of the team members need to support on weekend until very late at night.

    The good thingsFriends and teams spirit of us working on the ground.
    The challengesI'm a former employee who had resigned around months ago. Personally I'm surprised with all of the "good comments" provided here. Frankly, it was never the case. I suggest if you guys interested with this company, checkout all the negative comments. there's no way on earth you can have a lot of terrible comments and but at the same time 5 stars rating. Fishy isn't it?

    There is life elsewhere...
    The good thingsThe salary package is quite good, but there are places that can match them or offer even better.
    The challengesSpending extra hours on daily basis had become a routine. It's too much and not worth it. There is life elsewhere, best to consider other place if you are not desperate.

    Top management is one of the main issue
    The good thingsThe colleagues and vendors are supportive. This help bringing the stress level down to 10.5/10 from 15/10. Some said that the salary is high, well... what is the purpose of having high salary when you work almost on daily basis, 10-12 hours a day? Added that into the equation, the salary suddenly felt like... only average
    The challengesTop managements are clueless, both offshore and onshore. Due to their incompetent and poor decisions, the teams constantly having employees resigning from time to time. As a result, the knowledges related to those jobs had not been retained properly. The bosses don't know what to do, there are blaming and pointing finger here and there; and employees had been demanded to work almost everyday until late night. There is little chance to improve the situation. That is by having both top two management personnel in MY and SG (for the project) to be removed. Immediately.
