Well known in the industry, thus you will be carrying big reputation. It will also do you good for your resume.
Flexible work attire.
The challengesExpect minimal onboard and training as you are expected to learn on your own and know what you're supposed to know.
No formalized HR operations to manage new staff. Company structure all over the place as senior team are fairly inexperienced.
Job scope will mostly be irrelevant as you are expected to learn everything regardless.
No worklife balance. Do expect to work long hours, on weekends, PH and even on leave.
Culture of fear is very prominent. Mistakes are not taken lightly and scrutinized by senior team and management. Reasons are taken as excuses of not putting enough effort and staff will be pointed out and questioned by management to the point of interrogation.
Staff are not treated fairly and viewed based on your achievements and results. Expectations are high btw.
Micromanagement is very prominent and staff are monitored very closely.
