    The good thingsColleagues are wonderful, couldn't ask for a better team. Always helpful and insightful when comes to solving problems, requiring assistance and emotional support. Great place to gain experience.
    The challengesSalary does not reflect workload and benefits pertaining to it. Go in with a "learning" mindset.

    Too much management politics & fyi this is family business, so expect drama in everything. If you are always "KIPAS" boss so you will be save here.
    The good thingsGood friends, easy to handle with the foreign workers with is 100% better than local workers.
    The challengesNo support from colleague department especially when you are fresh graduate. I do not expect to be spoon feed but at least guide your junior properly.

    The good thingsI have enjoyed working here. I have learn a lot of things and get more experiences. Learn how to present without stress and i can communicate with all stuff and workers with very well. Here i have get chances that how to do multitasking work with great plan and without stress with teamwork.
