    Toxic working environment poor leadership, lack of proper guidance, unprofessional commmunication
    The good thingsOnly the working hours i guess
    The challengesVery stressful working environment. Management lacked professionalism and proper communication skills. Staff were expected to know everything without guidance, and asking for help often resulted in being shouted at. The toxic attitude from the supervisor/other department also and created fear among employees and affected teamwork badly. I hope the company improves its leadership and employee management in the future.

    The challengesThe CEO not wise thinking. Blame staff and give warning letter if cannot follow instructions. gaji masuk lambat. Never appreciate staff.

    The good thingsColleagues are wonderful, couldn't ask for a better team. Always helpful and insightful when comes to solving problems, requiring assistance and emotional support. Great place to gain experience.
    The challengesSalary does not reflect workload and benefits pertaining to it. Go in with a "learning" mindset.

    Too much management politics & fyi this is family business, so expect drama in everything. If you are always "KIPAS" boss so you will be save here.
    The good thingsGood friends, easy to handle with the foreign workers with is 100% better than local workers.
    The challengesNo support from colleague department especially when you are fresh graduate. I do not expect to be spoon feed but at least guide your junior properly.
