    The good thingsGreat team that always got your back. Direct communication with big boss. 20 -50 employees. Boss belanja dinner a lot of time. 5-6 times a year. Fun trip to other countries / state.
    The challengesYou need to be able to multitask. Always gives priority to urgent jobs that's given last minute. Patience in handling client chasing submission date. Everything need fast. Management bit messy. As it involve too many hands.
