Good for gaining experience, but not ideal for long-term career growth.
The good thingsThe company offers good remuneration and comprehensive benefits.
The challengesYour colleagues may report mistakes rather than guide, and prefer others get suspended especially energy team. Zero tolerance may cause you suspended for giving wrong instructions, bypassing procedures (intentionally/not), safety, weak supervision, etc. Need entertain Whatapp 24hrs. Many adhoc job.

Above average pay, poor individual development opportunity
The good thingsGood pay, people around are friendly.
The challengesManagements care too much of those figures. Personal development are poorly managed. Fantasize on short term goals rather than realistic long term goals.

Double standard, bias from HR department
The good thingsBasically is a good company
The challengesA new team is needed in HR Asia to create confident among the existing staff, be transparent, be proactive, to create a healthy working environment, do not give empty promises and hope. Seriously look into the well being of staff across the board and not just concentrate on certain groups.

Poor and unlogical planning and unaware of Malaysia system
The good thingsBenefits are awesome. The rest all all rubbish, simple as that. If you wants to earn money, join Lhoist. If you wants to work, better find somewhere else.
The challengesPoor understanding among management about system. No support from them but work has to accomplish by date line. No common sense.
