    The good thingsBenefits are awesome. The rest all all rubbish, simple as that. If you wants to earn money, join Lhoist. If you wants to work, better find somewhere else.
    The challengesPoor understanding among management about system. No support from them but work has to accomplish by date line. No common sense.
