The good thingsHelpful Peers: While the management is difficult, SOME colleagues are very friendly and supportive.
Clean Office: The physical workspace is well-maintained, hygienic, and professional.
The challengesExtreme Multitasking: One person must handle the workload of 2-3 roles. Scopes are unfair and heaviest for junior staff.
Favoritism: Management decisions are based on personal feelings. They pressure people to leave based on "likability" rather than performance.
Unfair Promotions: No merit system. Fresh grads or new hires are promoted quickly to fill gaps from high turnover, while capable, loyal staff are overlooked.
