A clean office environment is the only positive in an otherwise poorly managed organization.
The good thingsHelpful Peers: While the management is difficult, SOME colleagues are very friendly and supportive. Clean Office: The physical workspace is well-maintained, hygienic, and professional.
The challengesExtreme Multitasking: One person must handle the workload of 2-3 roles. Scopes are unfair and heaviest for junior staff. Favoritism: Management decisions are based on personal feelings. They pressure people to leave based on "likability" rather than performance. Unfair Promotions: No merit system. Fresh grads or new hires are promoted quickly to fill gaps from high turnover, while capable, loyal staff are overlooked. Stagnant Pay: Almost no salary increments despite heavy workloads. Unpaid OT: High volume of work requires staying late, but no overtime can be claimed. Useless Activities: Zero professional training. Money is wasted on useless events instead of staff development. Ignored Feedback: Management interviews staff but never acts on suggestions. Work processes keep changing, becoming more complicated and disorganized. Hard work is never appreciated or recognized.

lack of growth opportunities, and a dismissive attitude towards individual opinions.
The good thingsOverall, my experience here has been okay. The salary is quite good if you can negotiate with HR. If you don't know how to negotiate, it's your loss.
The challenges"You do you, I do mine." There is a lack of communication between departments, with each blaming the other if a plan is not working. Your opinion doesn't seem to matter; it's best to keep it to yourself. There is no opportunity for growth. If you are an expert in one skill, don't even bother trying to learn new skills, as the opportunities to do so are NONE

The challengesThe response to your ideas will take a really long time before they can be implemented
