Very good place to learn fundamental skills and be inside a family, but working increment and job scope might be limited after developed.
The good thingsAs an intern or fresh graduates, it is beneficial to learn things in production, processing and manufacturing process. Many important fundamental skills to learn and equipped before jumping to higher level based industry. Good exposure too in basic QC skills and documentation regarding regulatory affairs and OSH, stand as basis knowledge in biotechnology/ health industries. Able to study basic knowledges on cultivated mushrooms and lab handling skills for production. Environment is friendly between colleague-manager relationship. Managements are humble and willingly to share knowledges and experiences in working life. Good benefits for holidays, staff retreats, celebrations, parking place and staff purchase.
The challengesCompany capacity is still considering small and still on the way developing, so turn over rate could be high, and position increment could be limited as multitasking are required. Repetitive work is easily boring, physically demanding in production line if do not have enjoyment. Sometimes OT may required, and is strict hygiene management in production, required mainly manual work in factory.

Good for anyone to learn the manufacturing process and to be a people pleaser
The good thingsOpportunity to learn new things regarding the manufacturing process
The challengesNeed to multi-tasking and become a backup person at everything since employees keep coming and resigning. Less opportunity to grow and do the job you're supposed to do

    Politics and Trust Issues
The good thingsIt was a good place to discover your competency and to improve your critical thinking skills. Production work can be physically challenged.
The challengesWill be putting through some phases to examine your capability and, especially your personality. Word performance was merely judged based on your personality instead of your efforts. As a newcomer, it was hard to be committed in a workplace filled with politics and two-faced people. There will also be preconception and trust issues against newcomers.

Good company for overall growth development in your professional career
The good thingsGood work place for fresh graduate who have passion in biotechnology especially those in tissue culture and microbiology field. You will get to enhance your knowledge and skills in laboratory and fully utilize your critical understanding to solve problem that occur in daily production. As time goes by, you will be handling more responsibilities that you might find interesting and further improve your capabilities.
The challengesYou need to be mentally prepared and have a positive mindset. Make sure your work and planning to be done fast and organized as result is important in the company. Try to make yourself motivated over time and take leave for a day or two when you are down or stressed out, because it might be helpful for you ease down a bit.

    Quite okay.
The good thingsI enjoyed the friendly environment which enforced by the superiors making it feels as if you're in a big, happy family. The workload is not too much a lot of it are just simple but repetitive movement. Your brain is conserved in terms of critical thinking but your mental stamina is much needed as you will get bored easily and lose focus instantly.
The challengesThe challenges are the repetitive work as you'll do the same thing everyday for the rest of your time working there. You'll get bored easily if you're not really passionate in producing the best product and communication is really important to avoid losing your focus.
