Very good place to learn fundamental skills and be inside a family, but working increment and job scope might be limited after developed.
The good thingsAs an intern or fresh graduates, it is beneficial to learn things in production, processing and manufacturing process. Many important fundamental skills to learn and equipped before jumping to higher level based industry. Good exposure too in basic QC skills and documentation regarding regulatory affairs and OSH, stand as basis knowledge in biotechnology/ health industries. Able to study basic knowledges on cultivated mushrooms and lab handling skills for production.
Environment is friendly between colleague-manager relationship. Managements are humble and willingly to share knowledges and experiences in working life. Good benefits for holidays, staff retreats, celebrations, parking place and staff purchase.
The challengesCompany capacity is still considering small and still on the way developing, so turn over rate could be high, and position increment could be limited as multitasking are required. Repetitive work is easily boring, physically demanding in production line if do not have enjoyment.
Sometimes OT may required, and is strict hygiene management in production, required mainly manual work in factory.
