Heavy responsibility and Low career progression
The good thingsAs an Accounts Executive in the AP department, the workload has been quite light and manageable, and the compensation is above market level.
The Management also able to assign (2) junior accounts staff to support my workload in basic tasks such as printing and filing, which helps daily operations run smoothly.
The challengesI feel there is limited clarity and opportunity for career progression within the department. Although I have been with the company since YA 2022, I have not yet been considered for promotion to a senior role.
My current scope is relatively small, handling only 2–3 company portfolios with lower transaction volume compared to other colleagues.
However, i will still highlight to my Colleague or Superior that im super super heavy workloads.
I would appreciate my superior can promote me to Senior AP and raise my current package.

A chaotic and toxic workplace — no SOP, poor management, and a manager with a bad attitude.
The good thingsNone. There was absolutely nothing positive about the experience.
If possible for rating negative, i will do it.
The challengesThe company staff is poorly managed, disorganized, and unprofessional.
I was hired as an Account Executive but ended up doing clerical tasks that didn’t match the position or job description.
There were no proper SOPs, and everything was done in a blur and confusing manner.
The manager was unsupportive, lacked leadership skills, and had a bad attitude, making the workplace extremely stressful and demotivating.
There was no guidance, no teamwork, and no recognition for employees’ efforts. Communication was poor, and there were no opportunities for growth or learning.
