The good thingsWork with international colleagues.
The challengesThere are many challenges that needs to be looked into. The company can improve itself by focusing on academics rather than vanity pursuits. It can greatly benefit students and staff by rewarding performance based staff instead of appearance based. A competent management team is crucial in determining the company's success.

A great place to gain experience but not for settle down
The good thingsMulti-national and dynamic colleague which you can't experience it anywhere, mini United Nation is the best word to describe the University. Fully multinational work environment - a lot of opportunity to gain experience.
The challengesThere is a lot of ad hoc work which extend the daily working hours. The University should have a more organised system to manage the work load of staff and quality of the courses provided. And also theres a lot of gap to improve in Marketing/ Enrolment department which is the heart of the University. Should have proper training budget for every staff never, because most of them are not well trained. Lastly, please take care and focus more on non executive staff, because some of the staff are the core of everything but never get credited or noticed by the management team.
