    Good potential, but bad management
The good thingsDue to lean man power, each staff given multiple role. A lot to learn but salary compensation does not reflect on the effort. Too many person to report to even though there is local management that can easily make decision but because too many hierarchy resulting execution take forever.
The challengesBackend team: service & admin working long hour, exhausting and high turn over. Too much workload. Front team: sales - too much new faces without sales experience and management is not strong on pushing sales target. Field technician high turn over and poach by competitors thus result in many maintenance issue unfulfilled.
