    The challengesHope they will realize the high turnover rates of the company is due to the management problem and lack of direction, too many instructions given by different manager will cause confusion among employees.

    The good thingsA good company to achieve self development such as able to upgrade the products knowledge through knowledges sharing; experience in handling issues independently with guidance; turns from colleagues to friends. Hard works will get paid. Service Manager has lead the Service team in improving the service level. Sales department works together hand-in-hand. Back offices are able to propose solutions for issues faced and provide the support to Sales & Service departments.
    The challenges1) Hopes the management can think of a way to bring in a more fun yet stronger engagement relationship for the whole company. 2) How to cascade the Company Value message clearly to all employees?
