It's a really mess, nightmare.
The good thingsGood direct managers
The challengesSenior Management are very messy. Direction changes every few weeks. No funding to support what they want to achieve.
They said: if u want stability, go to Shell instead.
So you can know they take no interest to stabilize the organization, and their mentality.
