The good thingsOne thing I’ve noticed is that I’m always the one people turn to for recommendations on how to handle a new event or program—the latest fundraiser that I just told you about would be one. I have a lot of institutional knowledge, which helps, but I think the reason people come to me is because I work through what a new program might look like very methodically. If you were to ask my colleagues, I’m confident they’d describe me as logical, organized, and meticulous
The challenges1. Hire great team members (and don't be afraid to let bad ones go) 2. Improve the lighting 3. Make the office comfortable 4. Improve communication

    My experience there was amazing.
The good thingsMy employer helped and showed me a lot. Never hesitates to teach me more and guide me through when I was there. Always being helpful by telling me exactly what to do. The experience that I got working with them was that it made me realize how important customer service is and how it help to meet customers needs.
The challengesOne of the challenges was to memorize the ingredients in the products. What does the products do and the proper step to actually use the products.

    Transitional Challenge
The good thingsRegional IT is supportive in our system migration and upgrade. In 2 and half years time, we had changes our Accounting Software, Reporting Platform, Point of Sales System. Clear direction of group's vision and mission. Adequate sharing in information and expectation for local entity in group's overall plan. Systematics and well structured role for the company's worldwide business.
The challengesLocal management team's mind-set and readiness in accepting the changes, its adaptability. Changing the management styles towards adopting the group's values and protocol. Closing the gap within the group's expectation and the inherited common practises. To have a break thru for the company, a right people in right place and right timing isn't an easy task. Good leader is enemy of great leader.
