This has created a culture where employees follow instructions just to avoid criticism or conflict
The good thingsactually there are none.
The challengesThe work environment is consistently high-stress and often feels fear-driven. The employees are very capable and consistently deliver quality work. However, there seems to be a gap in how their efforts and expertise are appreciated , Raising concerns or asking normal questions can lead to being excluded, sidelined, or treated poorly. - Instructions are vague and inconsistent, and employees are blamed when plans fail. - Feedback is rarely constructive and is often demeaning and berating on purpose. - The company relies on outdated, fully manual processes that slow down work. - Personal emergencies, compassionate leave, and bereavement are handled rigidly and without empathy.

    Poor Leadership and Harmful Culture
The good things Some collegues are good and supportive
The challengesMy experience here was extremely negative. The work environment is highly stressful, with consistent emotional pressure and communication patterns that felt manipulative rather than supportive. Management relies heavily on intimidation-style leadership, and feedback is often delivered in ways that undermine confidence rather than build it. The culture is rigidly top-down, leaving little room for healthy discussion or psychological safety. New employees should also be aware that the long notice period makes it difficult to leave, even if the environment becomes harmful. Overall, this workplace had a serious impact on my mental well-being, and I would strongly advise potential applicants to ask very detailed questions about management style and expectations before joining.”
