    The good thingsLonpac offers good salary & benefit package, training programs and career opportunities. this company is a stable growth organization. Here have some nice and helpful colleagues who are willing to help or assist whenever they can. The location is very good, easy access to public transport.
    The challengesTotally lack of support from the management, therefore lacks of work life balance. Employees often work till late at night and some have to work in the weekend.
