    Great team, rewarding experience
The good thingsThey use the 'extra hours' compensation system so it is helpful on days when you need to take off early or comes in a bit later due to emergency.
The challengesThe weekend shift but the roster makes it easier for everyone in the team to plan ahead.

    Room for Improvement
The good thingsIt felt like family, no matter that I was only there for a short while. There was ample encouragement given and it made for a very 'educating' experience
The challengesThere are certain individuals in management who are expatriates and are quite demeaning in their attitudes towards the locals working in the establishment

When Work and Home Bear A Little Difference
The good thingsIf you're looking for a place that would provide a great sense of belonging, then Lorna Whiston has all my money in it.The management, mostly expatriates, take staff oriented matters seriously. How many company head would text a ground staff a get well soon and we missed you at work message when you're down with a just-a-cold MC?You build relationships for life here.
The challengesI find perhaps a more competitive remuneration package for the employees would be an added bonus. The management should revise on being more of risk takers, which may improve overall company productivity. There should be more leniency in staff aspiring to climb up the ladder here.People tend to stay in the same position for a decade simply because there isn't exactly a 'higher'position available.
