Salary are lower and benefit are way lower than market. *decision from directors always right even it was wrong decision

Bandar Puteri Jaya Kedah-1 to 0 years in the role, current employee
Dedicated and hands-on facilities maintenance professional committed to keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
The good things"I like keeping things running smoothly, fixing problems quickly, and making sure the building is safe and comfortable for everyone."
The challengescan be tough because there are emergencies at bad times, little appreciation, tight budgets, hard physical work, and dealing with frustrated people.

    Finance Role
    Jun 2024
Kuala Lumpur City Centre Kuala Lumpur5 to 6 years in the role, former employee
Don't waste your time to work here if you are an experienced finance staff
The good thingsGood for fresh grads but no hope for experienced staff in finance department as you are seen as a staff with high maintenence cost for the experience you could bring to the company
The challengesCareer opportunities and promotions would only be given to younger staff in finance department. Older and experienced staff would act as a trainer to fresh grads or less experienced staff and not given the transferred opportunities even the staff requested as these opportunities would be given to younger staff. These younger staff would get their promotions to managerial level after less than 2 years. It would make the experienced finance staff a worthless person to work there.

Salary are lower and benefit are way lower than market.

    Good experience
The good thingsIt's very good place to work, healthy environment (Depends which dept are you), applied off for all the National PH. Had a lot of experiences during my tenure for 6years. Joined as junior admin and been promoted several times and lastly end up as buyer in Tesco HQ.
The challengesThe challenges will be hard to achieve the sales target especially the period of our country economy down.

    Never again
The good thingsI learnt how to improve my communication skills as I was the cashier. I also met new friends which helped me to deepen my experience. I learnt how the system works and how essential it is to help one another.
The challengesThe major problem was the customers who treats you badly. It might not be our fault and yet we will be treated badly. I was scolded with bad words and I still can't forget how tiring the job was as we will never get a rest especially during weekends.
