    Good and harmony workplace
    The good thingsThe employee benefit is great, the best I experience. The work culture is moderately busy but compensate by great environment and colleagues. Middle level management is supportive how ever the changes on top management is quite often.
    The challengesChanges on top management is quite often. Long decision making process, can caused loss of opportunities. Benefit is great but salary increment is a little bit a lower site. Career development is kind of slow to stagnant.
