    The good thingsSpent the twilight years of my teaching life at Luca Academy, since its inception in the year 2018 until I retired in 2021. One word sums up my working experience there: AWESOME!

    The place of GROWTH for all keen learners
    The good thingsExceptional work culture. The staff room is literally an oasis. The team works great like how everyone helps each other out like in any given time. I came in without experience and nothing but the employers are kind enough to allow a learning experience and managed to pick up what is needed hard to find such learning opportunities nowadays. It is also rare to see how employees can easily approach anyone from the school, makes communication really transparent which I appreciate.
    The challengesThe school is constantly growing thus changes are not uncommon but its all for the better. Some might find it a struggle to keep up with the changes so ADAPTABILITY is the advise.
