Good career opportunity for IT background.The good thingsI have worked as one of the IT technicians as part of my Internship journey. I must say that I am very impressed with the culture and work environment as it is a safe space to work and quite busy when it comes to peak hours. The staff are very friendly will guide you too. There are many incoming projects so you will be exposed to communicating with external clients to gain experience and I would recommend to someone with IT background to work here as you will have tremendous career opportunities, growth and to learn the Rare Earth Mining Industry.
The challengesIn terms of salary wise, it has a decent pay. However, if you are a fresh graduate, the salary will be a bit low. I will say it is worth working here as you will gain experience and your salary will gradually increase if you stay with the company...
