    Poor Management Decision
    The good thingsNo benefits at all Delayed salary payment Very weak for their internal control system, does not have a clear guidelines, things are always changing.
    The challengesSimple things, but terrible in managing it. The company does not have a clear direction to move on. Due to poor company management and procedures, staffs are no discipline at all.

    the best workplace and work culture ever
    The good thingsi have been given the opportunity to expand my knowledge working in property developer company, tho the company seem fragile everyone here have been doing the best of they can to proved to the whole words that M101 is the best working environment. I might be leaving the company for own career growth and experience, but they management are openly and supportive to take me back to work anytime soon.
    The challengesAdhoc things might happen but face it with poise as every working place experience the same too.

    Experience of working in M101 Holdings Sdn Bhd
    The good thingsThe people, the location and the working environment. My upline/Boss is a very understanding person and it was a very good experience to be working under such a good person. Even though the salary/perks is on average, but the working environment and the fellow colleagues help to make it an enjoyable work place.
    The challengesMany new situations and cases which will tired out most people but I took it as a challenge. Eg. previous staff did not do the filing properly resulting in lots of data/information cannot be traced.
