    Good people to work with, poor management
    The good thingsThey hired good people from across Malaysia but they have yet to make a good use of them. They do compensate with good travel allowance package albeit being only for executive level.
    The challengesYou would not have any work-life balance, in fact you ARE expected to answer all the ridiculous questions even in the middle of the night. Management focus is to make good business without thinking of the impact it has for the people; yes you'd still have to work despite having Covid cases surrounded the people you interact with.

    The good thingsHave a lot of benefit especially to operation department as in car allowance, petrol and also toll claim. Operation team is supportive and will help you a lot. others department also have their own strength but here at MDC we support each other and work as a family.
