Good people to work with, poor managementThe good thingsThey hired good people from across Malaysia but they have yet to make a good use of them. They do compensate with good travel allowance package albeit being only for executive level.
The challengesYou would not have any work-life balance, in fact you ARE expected to answer all the ridiculous questions even in the middle of the night. Management focus is to make good business without thinking of the impact it has for the people; yes you'd still have to work despite having Covid cases surrounded the people you interact with.
