Good experience learning service industry.The good thingsManager is very helpful in teaching the proper standard operation procedures in serving the customer, how to respond when there is a complaint. Very fun workplace as each customer brings different behavior and always need to adapt to situation for example Ramadan where i have to work and fast (puasa) in a restaurant that is always busy in that particular month.
