    Good experience learning service industry.
    The good thingsManager is very helpful in teaching the proper standard operation procedures in serving the customer, how to respond when there is a complaint. Very fun workplace as each customer brings different behavior and always need to adapt to situation for example Ramadan where i have to work and fast (puasa) in a restaurant that is always busy in that particular month.
    The challengesHear out what the staff is complaining especially problems at the hostel.

    The challengesLow pay and the office 'emits' a somewhat Chinaman feel to it. The office being located in a 2-storey wooden house doesn't help either.
