    Maersk offers a positive experience if you are placed in a supportive department with a good leader. However, the People Function/TA team has significant issues. The managers in this team often exhibit toxic attitudes, which negatively affect the staff. The high turnover rate in HR is a clear indicator that something is wrong. It is crucial for Maersk Global to investigate and address this toxic culture to ensure a healthier work environment.

    The challengesMaersk has established strong core values that reflect its commitment to excellence and integrity. However, the culture within MCL (Maersk Contract Logistics-Warehouse at Shah Alam) is quite different and unfortunately-negative. This environment makes MCL a challenging place to work in the long term.
