    We, Magna-Mitre Sdn Bhd, is a contractor with PETRONAS Licence based in Miri (HQ), Sarawak. We have been involved in Oil & Gas Industry since 2008. Our main activities focus on Schedule Waste Management, Cleaning & Desludging activity. Since 2017, we start to involve in Oil & Gas Maintenance & Inspection activity.

    One of the worst place to work with in Bintulu. Family and relative oriented company.
    The good thingsNo comment. Once you join, you will know.
    The challengesPoor management, from the Top Management to they Site coordinator. Support they own family and relative only when it come to decision making. Not much teamwork inside a team. The worst part is, you have to do the typing on phone and report inside the whatsapp group, even your working hour 8am to 5pm end. Your phone memory will be full with a lot of photo attached. What the heck?? Email is not enough to report is it?? Even on Sunday, your phone keep on ringing as the people keep bibbing inside the whatsapp group. There is no personal time with ur family at all. Not recommended to the outsider, if you guys still want to try, go ahead.
