    Stressful and Rush Timeline
    The good thingsSuper Friendly Technical Director and good working environment, it located in a light traffic environment. Friendly co-worker even from different department!
    The challengesWorking here is stressful when they don't know what they want exactly in form of either general or technical. Often have an unrealistic timeline which MUST complete the both projects within short time. No sense of basic Software sequence flow. They are more "I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING, I WANT THE PROJECT DONE BEOFRE THIS DATE, I DON'T CARE HOW YOU DO IT" type. Personally, In my opinion, this company is not for a career choice if you want to improve skills and stand out from others, but rather this company is for Work as if what you have been told and deliver it fast (If you don't mind stay in one filed for eternity without touch on other topics).
