    Nothing can be impressed
The good thingsMedical card can cover children below 18 years outpatient, but limited to accumulated RM1500 per annum, depends on job grade. No other benefits. Contractual job will obtain pro rated annual leaves.
The challengesInternal political factors and capitalism system. It was increasingly difficult to grow and progress within the organization due to internal political dynamics and a rigid capital-driven system, where perceptions, narratives, and external opinions often carried more weight than actual performance, integrity, and contribution.

A company that confuses itself into thinking it is 'ACTUALLY' Big
The good thingsPlenty of opportunity to develop your skillsets such as Stakeholder Management and opportunity to improve your processes
The challengesNo clear direction in what it actually wants to achieve. Employees who are jaded and overworked. Don't let the smokescreen of a big organization actually fool you into thinking they invest in technology. Adoption in technology is probably two generations away compared to other fields. Second line of management that have zero experience in running a dept let alone an organization.
