    Nothing can be impressed
The good thingsMedical card can cover children below 18 years outpatient, but limited to accumulated RM1500 per annum, depends on job grade. No other benefits. Contractual job will obtain pro rated annual leaves.
The challengesInternal political factors and capitalism system. It was increasingly difficult to grow and progress within the organization due to internal political dynamics and a rigid capital-driven system, where perceptions, narratives, and external opinions often carried more weight than actual performance, integrity, and contribution.

Worth to try but don’t stay too long
The good thingsTop developer in Malaysia but (please refer to cons)
The challengesHR like to control everything. Upper management won’t listen to low level staff. Limited career growth. Low salary. Parking only provide for old staff. Don’t believe the benefit list from this company. Low benefit package.

Don't be fooled by the brand
The good thingsBranded (only name), maybe good for resume and CV
The challengesVery arrogant management. Did not respect interview candidate, which the candidate was not yet the employee. Incapable managers. Only specialized on the departmental operations. Very low chances to develop management skillsets to contribute more to the company im high level manner. Bad politics. Workers will drown into the job load and have a very slight chances to accelerate grow and development. High turnover rate.

A company that confuses itself into thinking it is 'ACTUALLY' Big
The good thingsPlenty of opportunity to develop your skillsets such as Stakeholder Management and opportunity to improve your processes
The challengesNo clear direction in what it actually wants to achieve. Employees who are jaded and overworked. Don't let the smokescreen of a big organization actually fool you into thinking they invest in technology. Adoption in technology is probably two generations away compared to other fields. Second line of management that have zero experience in running a dept let alone an organization.

    Family Owned Business
The good thingsOne thing good for this company there is no cut off salary during MCO period
The challengesThe company was a family-owned business. Most of the decision was made by them. We as employees difficult to voice out our opinion. The culture here not suitable for those have been worked with a multinational company.

Good for fresh graduates to gain experience
The good thingsmany things you can learn at here and supportive co-workers. they will teach you from A-Z if you are fresh in this industry and for sure you have to be a multi-task worker once you join this company.
The challengesthe dateline and you must have your own initiative to stay live at here. the workloads sometimes can make you pressure and also you must meet the KPI in order for you to enjoy the increment and bonus!

The good thingsMy superior is very demanding but its good cause i learn to execute my job fast and learn alot. My subordinates are willing to share knowledge.
The challengesThe HR dept is not helpfull and friendly. They put up a show to all that they care but actual fact they dont when I approach them for support. HR should be looking out for staff and not being political.
