Career ExpereinceThe good thingsSince working here, I have enjoyed some social events organised by the company recreational club such as Family Day, Chinese New Year and Hari Raya Aidilfitri functions. The employees are friendly, especially those from the technicians grade and lower. The General Manager is a firm person and has a clear vision for the company. Although he was strict, speaking to him in person, he is very nice.
The challengesThe challenges I have faced since working here is that, I been misquoted several times by individuals with malicious intentions . People talking behind my back. I have also encountered tantrums caused by by subordinate, because he much senior than me, however I see as challenge for me to overcome it in the future.
