The challengesDue to the fast-paced nature of the company, multitasking is often necessary, and at times it can feel overwhelming juggling multiple responsibilities. This requires strong time management skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
Additionally, the demanding workload means that work-life balance can sometimes be sacrificed, especially during busy periods or tight project deadlines. Sometimes I have to be prepared for occasional late hours or taking work home.

MFMB as a whole is a great company if you are not working in MIS. There is no proper documentation and updated policy. Less headcount so they will rely on one person to handle few critical system and your workload will become too high.
The good thingsThe MIS department is warm and they always offer free food for their team.
The challengesDepends on your team, if you are working in IT Infra or IT Security. I have a bad news, management wouldn't hire more people even you are struggling with your work.

Many hoo haa you thought you only could watch from movies, you can get it from this company. I dare you, join it and experience it yourself.

The good thingsTremendous amount of trainings provided and guidance from the senior colleagues. Very comfortable place to be from long term point of view in later life. A lot of encouragement and allowance to develop on proposed projects from management.
The challengesThere was no clear direction and purpose of the team. Our team was employed under the impression of product development. Perhaps there should have been a plan for the team rather than endless years of unrealistic bond and growth plan towards becoming a sales person. Left with a confused background, neither specialised in sales nor technical.

Our company is going through Change, and this is extremely important for us to remain competitive in the current business environment. For 2500 Employees to change, it is a tall order.
We started 2019 with the climate survey, focus group discussions and multiple Townhalls covering all locations, on our visions and our transformation plans. We also held training on Change Management to equip our Managers to work together on this transformation.
We will continue to drive the message that 'Change starts with me'.
