Traditional Management Style Fails to Retain Talent
The good thingsTraining and Skill Development: The company invests in training programs to enhance the skills of its employees, helping them to remain current in their respective fields. This is a strong plus point, as it shows that the company is committed to employee
The challengesI believe that the company's potential for success is, unfortunately, being stymied by outdated managerial methods and an unconstructive culture that isn't conducive to retaining and developing its most valuable resource – the employees.

Group HR TeamThank you for sharing your feedback. We are committed to providing growth opportunities for all employees. We invest significantly in training programmes, including specialised courses like those at the Swiss Milling School in Switzerland. While certain specific trainings have bonds due to their high cost, we also offer a variety of self-development courses to support our employees' ongoing development. We believe these opportunities ultimately benefit our employees and contribute to their professional growth.
