    Though brief, the experience provided valuable insight into the day-to-day operational flow and movement of airline operations.
    The good thingsI had the opportunity to work with supportive colleagues and seniors, which helped me expand my professional network. The experience also gave me valuable exposure to real-time challenges and a deeper understanding of operational issues on the ground.
    The challengesThe role was highly time-sensitive, with a heavy workload managed by a limited number of staff. This increased the likelihood of errors and posed health risks such as slips, falls, or physical strain due to constant movement and manual tasks.

    The good thingsEngineering division is a great place to learn. Management is result-driven. Colleagues are very supportive.
    The challengesDinosaurs still exist in the company, wasting the efforts of the energetic managers and the youths. Quite difficult to introduce changes as some are very used and comfortable doing the same manual tasks over and over again.

    The challengesToxic culture. Willing to retain unprofessional and bad bosses rather than keeping good employees, they always take all the credit. High turnover rate for this team. No one will appreciate you and no teamwork at all.

    The good thingsI enjoyed working as a cabin crew because I learned a lot of things flying around the world and meeting people from all around the world. The experience made me handle ah-hoc situations confidently. Learn how to handle customers and assist them efficiently.
    The challengesThe challenge working as an airline crew I faced was being on call during festive seasons and being away in foreign lands for a period of time. I feel priority off days should be assigned to those who are celebrating auspicious events at least on important events.

    The good thingsOpportunity to present ideas and make them happen. The challenge is that YOU have to make it happen with minimal to zero budget while the ones on top get the credit.
    The challengesShort of manpower. A C-suite has been trying to get us to do work that's outside of our job scope. ie. Instead of hiring more Marketing people, they make the Creatives do Marketing's job when the Creatives are already short of manpower and overworked. Colleagues who have left, said they feel more like a human being after leaving.

    The good things- Travels for free to see the world. - Gets the chance to learn everything about safety at workplace, first-aid, hospitality, f&b and human.
    The challenges- Working hours are not the same as office hours - Hard to get leave for festive season like Hari Raya due to roster based system.

    The challengesSalary that was offered is very low compared to other places. Can forget about bonus and perks. Management is highly reactive rather than proactive. For low-level worker not so conducive environment.
