    It was a great experience working there
    The good things-great working environment -great team work & understanding seniors -no discrimination as they are flexible with praying time. They even have a big surau (praying place) for muslims staff to pray together -work life balance as a lot of non-working activities being organized for staffs

    My experience has been an awesome one!
    The good thingsIt is worth it because you are able to gauge your performance in class with the actual performance by the crew when they are on board. When they do well, you know that you've played your part well in disseminating vital information and skills for them to perform on board. If the ratings from the passengers are low, then you get to improve and share your thoughts with the management. They are very open to suggestions.
    The challengesThe main challenge is the ever-changing scenarios in the aviation industry.
