    Overall: A nightmare working here.
    The good thingsa. The coworkers here are generally fine some might be a bit difficult, but many are very nice and helpful. b. If you’re interested in chatting and don’t have anyone to talk to, you’re welcome to come here to join in and entertain everyone. c. If you’re older or don’t know how to do certain things, this place is open for you too.
    The challengesThe Challenges & What Could Be Improved a. Please understand and follow the SOPs set by the government. b. Establish a proper and structured HR system. c. Develop a better understanding of how an association should function. d. Show courtesy and respect to workers do not treat them like slaves. e. This workplace is not recommended for young people or fresh graduates. f. Be aware that you may have to do tasks outside your job scope, beyond what was agreed upon during the interview, and there will be no extra pay for this. g. There are no clear career growth opportunities. h. Salary increments are extremely difficult to obtain you will need to fight hard, with little to no support, even from your manager. i. Employees are expected to work without proper training. j. Some department heads lack the ability to train their employees, so you must be diligent and constantly seek help from your peers instead.

    Good Experience, Bad Management
    The good thingsCan organise events with bosses/leader. Learn communicate with people. Can learn multi task. Average salary. Provide office phone & laptop. Good office mate. Good experience. Good for old people.
    The challengesDifficult/Freewheel current Finance/HR, no up-to-date current market info, no care about worker, need to fight for own salary, no proper hiring & leaving process. Need to work long hours if have events, give replacement leave, NO OT. Need to do 2/3 work in one time. No work-life balance. Need to be mentally & emotionally strong to be blame if anything goes wrong. Leader will dump everything to executive. High workload. Bonus & increment amount follow top management term. Slow/No career advancement. Phone always ringing even on leave. No good for fresh grad.
